I was really looking forward to picking up my new bench today at 4:00. Instead, you emailed me at 11 to tell me that you decided to sell the bench to someone else because it was "taking up room in your garage and was in the way too much." Really? You couldn't have waited 5 more hours for me to come get it? I wish you would have NOT gotten my hopes up. I had big plans for that little bench.
